If you are a business owner, entrepreneur, community leader or someone who wants to give to those in the early stages of business, then being a LaunchJOCO Mentor is for you!

Having a mutually beneficial mentor relationship can play a critical role in the future success of our students and can be extremely fulfilling for the mentor. Once mentors are chosen, they will be matched to their mentee based on both personality fit and mentee’s business needs.

Your minimum commitment is expected to be about one hour per week/four hours per month; however, because mentoring needs and styles vary, your investment can be as much as you and the mentee desire.
